Carrier services are provided by the respective carriers under their own terms and service conditions.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

Payments and Billing

Label purchases and subscription fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for amounts you incur. Carrier adjustments (for example, weight or dimension corrections) may result in additional charges passed through to you.

Acceptable Use

• Do not ship prohibited or illegal items.
• Do not misrepresent package details to obtain lower rates.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the platform.
• Do not access another customer's data.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Delivery timelines, claims, and losses in transit are governed by the applicable carrier's terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipNLogic's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
